As many of you know, we always hear very bad news when we turn on the tv or radio in regards to real estate.  While many places are suffering, our general area has fared pretty well.  The following percentages represent Total Short Sale Listings Available as a part of the Total Listings Available:

Chester County: 5.86%

Delaware County: 7.67%

New Castle County: 12.93%

Based on the percentages, short sale listings only represent a small segment of the market and demonstrate the strength of our marketplace, especially in Chester County.  If you would like more info on Short Sales, please contact me for further info.
