Over the next few weeks, many interested homebuyers will shift their attention to the holiday season and shopping for presents rather than a house, which is understandable.  Think about this; with less Buyers in the marekt for a few weeks, there could be an opportunity for those who stay in the market to get a great deal.  If there are less people looking at a house, your odds are increased of having more negotiating power with the seller.  Just a thought...
