Interest rates are hovering around 6.25 for a 30 year mortgage and 5.875 for a 15 year mortgage.  These are still excellent interest rates and are comparable to rates in the past couple of years.  Take advantage of these rates while they are still affordable.  Contact me if you would like some recommendations for mortgage lenders.
