My New Blog

With the ups and downs of the stock market, many people often turn to Warren Buffett for advice and as a role model.  I have admired Mr. Buffett for many years because of his mastery of the market and willingness to think and step outside the box.  The following quote is one I read a few months ago and I find relevant both with the stock market and real estate market.

“(Most investors) buy when everyone else is buying … and they sell when everyone else is selling.”

Buffet, on the other hand, is “fearful when everyone else is greedy and greedy when everyone else is fearful.”

So while I don't encourage anybody being greedy, when everyone is buying, be a bit weary, and when everyone is not, go and get yourself a good opportunity and deal.
