After almost catching Ryan Howard's home run ball last night, the Phillies continued to dissapoint me with another loss.  Making the playoffs now seems less and less likely.  Is it that hard to get an everyday catcher and some decent relievers.

Getting back to real estate, rates are down, hovering around 5.75%.  Check your rate, it could be worthwhile for you to refinance or buy your next home.  Just 2 weeks ago, rates were 6.5%.  A $300,000 loan at 6.5% would be $1896/month, but at 5.75%, a $325,000 loan would cost the same amount.  So a decrease in rates has caused an increase in your purchase power.  Give me a call to discuss further.
