As a Buyer or Seller of real estate, now more than ever, information is available to you via the internet.  85% of home buyers use the internet to search, research and compare real estate.  All types of information is available such as school reports, recently sold properties, census data and much more.

If you are a Buyer, having all of these resources is great.  In fact, I try to provide as much data to my clients and prospective clients via my website as well as in person.  That being said, you still will need a professional.  Someone who can help you buy what's right for your particular needs and wants, someone who knows value and negotiating and someone who knows and lives the market.  This someone is me.  I encourage you to look around my site and search for homes.  When you want some advice or want to take a look at a home, just shoot me an email.  I believe in a no pressure approach and am here to help counsel you.
