Interest rates are holding steady right now at around 6.5% for a 30 year fixed rate loan for a person with good credit.  There are lots of homes to choose from and sellers are negotiable.  Don't let a good deal pass you by.  Let me help you identify which homes are good deals and then gameplan as to how to get it for you at the best deal possible.
