With the market slowing back to a normal pace, it's very easy to tell that there aren't as many buyers as there once was.  However there are buyers and houses are selling.  So the question becomes, how do I get my house sold?  I think the first critical step is to understand the fundamentals of supply and demand.  For many years there was a limited supply with a huge demand which has now switched to a healthy supply and an okay demand.  Understanding your competition is a vital part of this.  If you are a buyer, you are going to look at many houses and compare them to each other for your particular needs.  My job is to help you see your home versus the competion with an impartial view.  Not only will I tell you about your competition, I will actually take you to your competition to see for yourself.  The goal is to be in the top 3 or top 5 in your price point.  Everything will sell for the right price and as sellers we want to get the most that we can in the current environment.  My job is to help you see what that meeting point for you may be.  Everyone of us has different needs and goals when selling and it's my job to listen to you and then help put together a strategic plan based on what you tell me.
