As of right now in Unionville-Chadds Ford, Kennett, Avon Grove, Oxford and Octorara school districts, there are a total of 670 total re-sale listings.  How many of those would you think are owned by banks?  100?  50?  Based on the national news media, you would think quite a bit.  But after reseaching all the listings only 9 houses are actually owned by banks that are on the market.  That is only 1.34% in Southern Chester County.  This does not include short sale properties which I will address in a future blog entry.  The following list are the bank properties I have mentioned:
