My New Blog

I apologize to those who read my blog on a regular basis for not blogging in the past week; as life became unusually hectic.  I try and blog regularly and keep you up to date with my thoughts and current info/data.

I am happy to have helped another Seller who had a hard time selling their home.  Over the past ten months, with 2 other Realtors, this Seller was unsuccessful getting their home under contract and had to lower their price significantly in accordance with the market happenings.  After calling me, to this Seller's credit, they were willing to price the home aggressively and make the necessary "curb appeal" improvements that I suggested.  In less than 30 days, the home has already been sold and settled and the new buyers are moving in tomorrow.  Although the sold price was much lower than the Seller anticipated 10 months ago when he listed with his original Realtor, he realized the current value, and is very happy to have his house sold and not have to worry about maintaining it and paying for it.
