Wow...lots of snow, what a mess.   The roads surprisingly aren't too bad.  Although I am not a big fan of the cold weather, I usually get a ton of things done on days like this.  You may be at home from work right now perusing the internet, and I hope you find my musings and info provided useful.

Here is a quick summation of the new Tax credit in the Stimulus Plan.

The tax credit is for 1^st TIME BUYERS.= Not Owned a home in the past 3 years.

The credit is 10% of the sale price, Maximum of $8,000.

This one is not a loan; it does not have to be paid back.

This is for primary residence only.

You must live in the property 3 years minimum

Income limits $75k to $95k individual. $150k to $170k Married filing Joint

THE TIME FRAME FOR CLOSING IS JANUARY -1- 2009 TO DECEMBER -1-2009.

YES DECEMBER-1-2009 NOT THE END OF THE YEAR.
