What a busy weekend!  The market is heating up-3 of my listings officially sold this weekend.  Two of them in only 15 days on the market each and the other was 40 days.  All three have greatly outperformed the average days on market in their areas.

Plus, how about Villanova?  What a game and what a shot by Scottie Reynolds!  The game was a little too close for my liking but am looking forward to a great game with North Carolina.  I also had the chance to see the movie, Taken with Liam Neeson this weekend.  What a great movie!  I would go see it if you can!  Have a great day!  Call me if you need anything.
